Hello again sorry I went missing

Oh dear its been a while hasn't it since I've posted on here. Many apologies for the long absence. As it does life seems to have gotten in the way of posting on here for quite a while (though I'm sure that's a bit of a poor excuse)

So what has happened in the past few months. Well I've had pneumonia but thankfully recovered now, found out I was pregnant and am currently about 25 weeks along so passed most of the unpleasant yucky feeling bit, along with a period of being unable to look at a TV/computer screen/book etc for longer than a few minutes without feeling very sick for some reason. Unfortunately I'm now heading towards the oversized bump and painful hips bit but I'm sure I can live with it :-)

We have chosen again not to find out if we are having a boy or a girl as we think its nice to wait and see, though going by past numbers I'm leaning towards it being a boy again (not that I mind I'll be happy either way) Considering I've only got about 3 months to go we haven't done anything in the way of preparation for the new arrival. Hopefully I will get a new bed for darling son number 2 before the due date so I can have the cot back and otherwise am just planning on raiding the loft looking for stuff we've still got lurking around the place. Nothing like being organised eh.

On the crafty side I've had my ups and downs over the last few months in the amount I have been able to get done. I've taken part in another round of craft fairy and was very happy with the results I produced (sorry I can't show pictures really as I wouldn't want to give the game away) and learnt a few new techniques I'd not tried before. I've finally finished my Rippled wrap shawl and am pleased with how its turned out. I used rainbow coloured Kauni yarn and it works really well with this pattern.

I'm sure I've finished a few other things as well since I last posted on here so will have to work out which bits they are and add them on later. I'll come back and post about the things I have in progress on another day when I've taken a few pictures. I promise to make an effort to get back into regular posting on here over the next few weeks and get back up to date on everything I have been getting on with :-)
